OK, enough of this snark exchange. Let's start getting into the meat of this, the crazy/futurist stuff...

To their credit, they do test their products. It just worries me that the fire extinguishing system has to spring into action more often than you'd expect for testing friggin' toys...

Also: Project Dragoon? Consider me intrigued!

"It's a code name for our new line of 'Jack of All Trades' action figures. Personally, I think it's a bit odd for a show that lasted only one season almost twenty years ago, but one can never underestimate hardcore Bruce Campbell fans..."

Interesting recommendation--with an industrial 3D printer, a small-to-midsize company with good licensing connections could probably make bank!

Who is responsible for the "Walk in the park" pun?

Fear not, they have been shot.

Not to be confused with "Project Lagoon", which are just wind-up toy sharks. ;-)

Hehe, and Lena called her "shorty" too.

Lena called Clarissa "Shorty". (Another character with an interesting meta-history BTW).
Calling her boss that would be rather rude. :-D (Not that Lena would be above that in principle...)

"Tiny" is supposed to be a diminutive of "Bettina".
(And yes, this was originally intended to be a pun on Tiny Tim from A Christmas Carol - even though those two characters have nothing in common...)

Emphasis on "nothing in common".

Is it bad that I now want to see Bettina say something along the lines of "God bless us, every one"?

Yeah, I thought so...

Ha, that would be quite something! :-D

Hmmm...
Perhaps I could do another Christmas Carol parody this year, using the ToyCo characters...
Timmy III would be quite fitting as Scrooge. (Better than Sören anyway...)

Another fun fact:
For quite a while, a had the little joke in my head to give Tiny Tim's iconic lines more of a pagan spin - and at last year's Christmas, I finally had the opportunity to do so!
