First up, none of both options makes me immediately go: "Yeah, this is obviously the much better/worse version!"
Each version works in principle.
That being said though...
- With the sound effects, it reminds me perhaps a bit too much of the 60s Batman series. But that may be because you told us to pay attention to them in the first place. The old "don't think about pink rhinos - ha, made you think about pink rhinos" effect.
- Without the sound effects, the empty space in panel two seems a bit odd perhaps. (But here again: Pink rhino effect.)
Furthermore, it is less clear that Wildebees is already landing a hit in panel one. At the first glance could be interpreted as her running towards her opponent instead. (I think the problem causing this is actually the "streaky" background, though. Maybe the center the streaks are coming from should rather be where her fist is?)

Regarding the comic proper:
Yeah, three hits in one swoop! And each one with another limb, with the fourth one as the pivot!
I like the minimalism of the wordless version more. I think you just showed that the written onomatopoeia thing that comics do during fight scenes is often too silly to match the grim and serious palette, mood and plot you're working with in this creation.
P.S. If the backup goons Wendell brought are worth anything this might be as far as Wildebees gets kicking ass today. Anybody wanna bet five Quatloos against me on that?
Here's the link, tell me what you think.

Yeah, this streak is gonna end, not sure when.
