Getting their asses kicked by toys - I bet that won't be included in MSV's official résumé! ;-)

And Augustus Alexander is about to show his true alignment...
(Well, his actual true alignment may be only to himself, but you know what I mean...)

I think you need to reassess what’s really happening here... tomorrow’s page will give you a bit more clarity.

At least is slightly better than Spiffee burger most truck stop food!

Well, that's not a high bar to clear. Truck stop food is preeeeeetty bad... my less-than-superb elementary school may have had worse food, but I'm hard pressed to think of any hot food that's worse that is still considered "edible".

I wasn’t gonna go there, as imho those are kinda the roulette wheel of prepared food stuffs. Some are quite good, some are less than, and some make you shit yourself.

Our IMPs (Individual Meal Packets) are made to bung you up. After all, a shitting soldier is an ineffective soldier...

John Woo superstar in the first panel! Is there ever a tactical situation that it would be worthwhile to double up wielding pistols besides maybe trying to get lucky with 9mm and smaller guns against a charging bear?

Double take: That might almost literally be what that guy in the first panel is actually facing off against. What is the budget for all those murdertoys I wonder?

I could see the impromptu use of dual pistols in extremis against an incoming VBIED*... since you're fucked anyway. I say this as this was the only conceivable scenario where my weapon's "3 round burst" was considered by the instructors as a legitimate choice.

TL;DR: Yup, murderbear.

VBIEDs... ugh, take a look at this and tell me we haven't already gotten to the point of civilian cruise missiles.

Holy shit I love living in the future!
