He gets to complain about betrayal after firing, dispossessing and kicking out Bettina? It's too easy to make a particular, bigoted, nationality joke here.
If I guess correctly that Timmy Timmy the Timmyeth was talking about Tona's MSV as "assets" in the first panel, I find it really interesting that he thought he could aim them at his enemies: Tona's command seems ever so slightly more committed to quick and overwhelming brutality over careful discretion. If I'm wrong about that and he was merely going to try and use the robot army to harm or threaten someone, that's just even more stupid.
He seems to be the type of guy who is always confident to still find yet another ace up his sleeve.
As for if this confidence is actually justified, that certainly another matter...
